The communication barrier with the staff was quite frustrating, as their English language skills were limited.

During my stay, I appreciated the proximity to some amazing attractions like the Hagia Sophia Museum and the Blue Mosque, which were just a short ride away. The room was clean and modern, matching what was shown in the pictures. Although I found the breakfast lacking in quality, the overall cleanliness of the places around the hotel was commendable.

The staff was super nice and helpful , making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was quite convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.

Noise from vehicles during rush hours was a bit disturbing , which impacted the overall tranquility of our stay.

Rooms are cramped beyond the photos, making it hard to move!!! Air conditioning issues can lead to discomfort during warmer months. The elevator often leaves you waiting too long!!!

the room was so cramped, I could barely fit my luggage. to top it off, my towels weren't changed, which was quite a disappointment. I honestly expected them to make an effort for a distinguished guest like myself, but alas, nothing. a potential better review was wrecked by these annoyances, such as the elevator being so slow too.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The spa treatments were relaxing. Wi-Fi was slow.

Our family enjoyed a peaceful 4-night stay. The Budget Double or Twin Room offered modern comforts, and the daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The spa treatments were a highlight! keep in mind the key issue. Bringing a doorstop might come in handy for window ventilation.

It was just a top selection for a hurried visit in Istanbul with good value. The spa treatments were surprisingly relaxing and a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Bring a doorstop to keep the window open for fresh air, as they can be tricky to manage.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to key attractions like Sultanahmet and the Egyptian Bazaar. The breakfast spread was quite generous, offering a variety of options daily. The staff were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with any needs we had during our stay.

The elevator service can be quite slow at times, which was a bit inconvenient when we were in a hurry.
